It was only a matter of time before we saw this request come across our email.  The WWE RAW Cake featuring Matt Hardy & Rey Mysterio Jr. getting set to face off is a butter cream iced marble creation covered in fondant. The wrestlers are Flex Force brand action figures that also served as a present for the birthday boy.  Unfortunately the construction and materials used for the ring ropes and posts have to remain a secret due to how many times it took to get it right.   Would LOVE to do this cake again for another WWE fan.  This particular creation served 20 guests.

Marine Corps 234th Birthday Cake

This cake too was created for a 1st time client of Kenfections who we are honored to have created this cake for.  Cali was looking for a small Marine Corps office 234th birthday celebration cake that was one of a kind.  The top is completely made of gum paste, fondant & edible sugar paper.  Loaded with butter cream icing, this two layer golden vanilla cake “knocked them off their boots”. 47 pound Ambulance cake

This monster of a cake weighed in right at 47 pounds and is covered in a layer of fondant.  The wheels are solid chocolate. This cake is for a surprise birthday for a new client of Kenfections, Liz G.  The plan was to feed 50 people but it came in right around 80 servings.  I’ll post photos from the party just to give you an idea of the scale of this custom cake creation.
