This Super Mario inspired cake can feed up to 30 guests, Everything is edible except the center statute. The cake is 5 layers of marble cake mix, with butter cream icing between each layer and finished with a sheet of fondant.that is covered with a sheet of fondant.  The clouds are piped icing.  This is Lia K’s  5th Cake from Kenfections and we are proud to have her as one of our original clients from the very start. Always a kids favorite, this Fire Truck SUV cake was inspired by a member of the Concord, NC Fire Department who discovered Kenfections for the first time.  Sonya needed a particular almond cake that had buttercream icing for a bridal shower.  After testing a couple of different varieties of cake along with our secret recipe icing, Sonya and her team selected the combination that was sure to be a hit.  The flavor was just that, A HIT.   This fire truck SUV came in at just over 25 pounds and had four separate layers all internally supported without the use of krispy treats as many others are doing today to save time and money.  As always, we never sacrifice quality and the results show.  Feel free to view the feedback of this unique and flavorful cake from none other than Sonya and her team themselves, here.

This kids birthday cake is half chocolate and half vanilla topped with our signature butter cream icing.  The intent was to follow the color scheme of the party invitations that went out to over 30 guests. Included with this Curious George creation are Max & Ruby since the birthday boy could not decide which cake he really wanted.  Cake is vanilla covered in our signature butter cream icing.  Border is candy bananas and the hat was built from a huge Rice Krispy Treat.  The creation was enough to serve 30 guests.  Birthday party took place at romp n roll® of Harrisburg, NC.  where Sherri and the crew did a fantastic job of handling 12 kids along with our own son who counts as two kids himself!!   Again, we’d really like to thank Charlotte Racing Limo’s for their extraordinary service and to everybody who was able to attend.

One of the newest creations from the team at Lego®, Power Miners are quickly gaining popularity with the kids.  The Power Miners themed cake is made of vanilla cake with our signature butter cream icing.  The main “Rock” is Krispy treat covered in fondant with gum paste details.  This cake includes the Lego® kit you see assembled on top of the cake.   The gravel is made of edible chocolate pieces.  One new feature we are proud to offer on all of our Lego® themed cakes will be a coordinating Lego® kit (when applicable).
