Lightning McQueen Cake

While these types of cake are not my favorite because anybody can make one with a little icing and a cake pan, this one is RED VELVET Cake for my nephew Aiden’s first birthday. He freaked out upon getting all of the red color all over his hands. The adults got a good laugh at his expense though.
