All of our cakes are custom works of art created only by reservation for Weddings, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Retirements, Corporate Events and select Charities. We accept a very limited amount of projects based on how unique the creation will be. Many of our customers come from out of town for events in the Charlotte area. We do deliver our cakes within a 50 mile radius of downtown Charlotte if you are need of a bakery that delivers. We specialize in extraordinary flavor combinations that will simply shock your taste buds. We feel that if you are going to put us in your mouth, we had better make it count for why you indulged. We combine some of the most unique balance of flavors in just the right strength based on our experience in developing flavor extracts within the coffee industry. We have a proprietary blend of butter cream icing that will simply leave you speechless and wondering how icing could ever get any better. We refer to it as a “Bucket List” item for every sweet tooth.
Our staff is Wilton Certified along with years of product development in the doughnut manufacturing industry for clients such as Universal Studios Orlando and Central Florida Wild Bean Cafe’s in the early 2000′s, select Disney properties and the Hard Rock Cafe at Universal Orlando. Hotties Donuts were voted BEST in Orlando in 2003 by Orlando Weekly Magazine.
