Our Elmo Birthday Cake features strawberry cake on top, marble colored vanilla in the middle and vanilla cake as the base. We covered the entire cake in thick layers of strawberry butter cream icing and Elmo is made from rice crispy treats. We followed the design that our newest Charlotte client requested for her son’s 1st Birthday. The bottom two layers are covered in a thin layer of fondant and all decorations are fondant-gum paste mixed.
