Office Parties are inevitable in most companies and nothing other than a gourmet cake is the collective way of congratulating the new boss. This cake, large enough to serve 75 co-workers is a half chocolate and half coconut sponge style cake. The coconut side features butter cream icing and topped with white Ghirardelli chocolate shavings and shredded coconut. The chocolate half is iced in chocolate butter cream icing and finished with blue sparkles. The accents are all fondant. We’d like to thank Lia K. yet again for calling on Kenfections for delivering her 7th cake from us.
