A brand new Charlotte client contacted us to see if our bakery could create a unique christening dedication cake for her daughter. The base is our second to none Lemon flavored cake with real lemon filling between the layers. The top tier is vanilla with a heaping helping of butter cream Almond icing between the layers. The entire cake was then covered in fondant and decorated with gum paste roses and accents. This unique creation is as flavorful as it is eye appealing.
