With the design inspiration originating from another colleague, this pony themed birthday cake was requested by a new Charlotte area client. The cake is double layer red velvet covered in our signature butter cream icing. The horse, and fence are gum paste. As you may be able to tell from the broad range of cakes our bakery produces, our design team of two can turn around most custom cakes within a week.
