Our Ambulance Cake is the second largest scale cake we have made to date. Right at 55 pounds, the cake is made up of multiple layers of sponge cake covered in our butter cream icing. The ambulance wheels are solid milk chocolate. All of the graphics featured on the vehicle were printed using food grade sugar paper and edible ink. We delivered this creation to a new client from the Charlotte area and to say it was nerve racking to deliver is a huge understatement. The client then had to drive up to the Ohio area with the cake. It arrived in perfect condition and served over 55 guests.
